Our Principles

We take a standard approach to quality for every project.

Quality & Quality Control -

Quality is priority and inherent in all of our work.

Our on-site personnel implement a formal quality assurance and control system. This system emphasizes on any non-conformance with regards to project work. Our pre-planning efforts and attention to detail prior to and during project work plays a significant role in eliminating errors, poor quality workmanship, and any rework.

Construction Supervision -

SGE, LLC puts our greatest efforts in assembling the mostly highly qualified and effective supervisory staff in construction operations. The leaders of our company have expertise in our company project control systems to assure that all schedule and cost parameters are met. They are also aware of the importance of an interactive communication relationship with you and your staff to exceed your expectations for quality in the construction process.

Cost & Cost Estimating -

Our goal is to maximize your value through cost control.

We provide you, the customer, with essential data to enable you to maximize any and all values of your investment. We are equally adept at estimating your project to the point of completed documents, with any and all steps in between being covered. The accuracy of our estimates becomes top priority which gives you the ability to make critical scope of work and quality decisions with a high level of reliability and trust.

Cost Benefit Analysis -

Throughout each phase of both design and construction, Stewart Group Enterprises, LLC. analyzes any and all aspects of the facilities design, which allows us to balance the quality and performance against life cycle costs. Through the efforts of our design team, your owner’s team, our construction staff, and subcontractors and vendors, we are able to develop each building system and material/equipment/building selections.

Cost Control -

Our cost management system incorporates the reporting requirements with our cost control policies and procedures. Our management team provides accurate and timely information for cost status, budget status, job cost to date, and subcontractor position and payment status.

Schedule -

Stewart Group Enterprises, LLC. utilizes the Critical Path Method scheduling module as the main source for project management. One of the first tasks of the project team consists of the development of the schedule. Our schedules incorporate many activities critical to the project. The analysis that is put into the development of these schedules reflect the most effective and economic approach for your project, and enables our project team to work as productively as possible.

The CPM is updated weekly and made viewable to all parties involved in a weekly meeting put together by the Project Management Team. At these meetings, trades and vendors are given a two week look ahead chart, meeting minutes from previous meetings, and delivery milestones critical to the completion of your project.

Safety -

Your project receives a site-specific safety plan.

Each and every construction site differs in that all phases and scopes of work change. In order to ensure that all members of the project team are prepared for job site specifics, we take the appropriate measures to ensure that all members are knowledgeable of the project. These steps include:
• Pre-Construction safety review
• Disperse safety roles throughout team members on project
• Establish daily routine checks
• Monitor site by performing regular safety site visits
• Provide safety orientation for any person working on site
• Provide JHA (job hazard analysis) and define high risk activities
• Provide Weekly safety reports

Safety is Priority. Safety management on your jobsite allows us to prevent any loss time accidents and any work delays, while most importantly keeping our project and your job free from injury.
